7 非线性降维tSNE[Run Non-linear dimensional reduction]

使用tSNE将多维的PC图降维至2维图像中来展示细胞的表达量分布，同时根据聚类结果，将同一cluster的细胞用相同颜色表示

Use tSNE to reduce the multidimensional PC diagram to a two-dimensional image to show the expression distribution of cells, and at the same time, according to the clustering results, the cells of the same cluster are represented with the same color
