12 使用pseudotime排列细胞[pseudotime]

pseudotime从字面上讲,是细胞从一个状态到另一个状态在时间上的排序,因为它不可能是真实的转换状态的时间,是一个从状态A到状态B所处位置的相对值。Monocle使用RNA-Seq进行单细胞轨迹分析:首先计算每个细胞在动态生物过程中经历的基因表达变化的顺序,了解基因表达的整体“轨迹”变化;然后,将每个细胞放置在轨迹中的适当位置;最后,查找在轨迹过程中受调控的基因。

Pseudotime is literally the order in which cells go from one state to another, because it can’t be the time of the real transition state, it is a relative value from the position where state A to state B is. Monocle uses RNA-Seq to perform single-cell trajectory analysis: first calculate the sequence of gene expression changes experienced by each cell in a dynamic biological process, and understand the overall “trajectory” change in gene expression; Niche; Finally, find genes that are regulated during trajectory.
